Let Him Carry It is a web app that helps you put down what is weighing on you, meets it with Scripture, and builds a prayer from your own words. By using it, you agree to what is on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe. The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children. If you are using it as a minor with a parent's involvement, the parent accepts these terms on your behalf.
This is not pastoral care, counseling, therapy, or medical treatment, and it does not replace any of them. It is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, in danger, or thinking of harming yourself, please contact 988 (US) or findahelpline.com, or your local emergency number, right away.
Nothing this app shows you is professional advice of any kind. Decisions you make are your own.
While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Let Him Carry It, and your licence key, on devices you personally own, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Please do not sell, rent, lend, publish, or share your key; redistribute the app; reverse-engineer it; use it to build a competing product; or hammer it with automated systems. Keys used in breach of this may be deactivated without a refund.
If you lead a church, a small group, or a ministry and want to use this with your people, please just ask us — that is a conversation we would love to have, not a rule we want to enforce.
Verses are quoted from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain. The plain-English sentence beneath each verse is our own writing, offered as comfort and not as authoritative interpretation. Your pastor and your own reading come first.
Everything you write stays yours. We claim no ownership of it and — as described on the privacy page — we do not keep it. You are responsible for what you write, and for saving your own copy if you want to keep it.
If you send us a note through the app or by email, you allow us to read it, learn from it, and use it to improve the app, without obligation or payment to you. We will not publish your name or your email address without asking you first.
The app's design, code, written commentary, the name Let Him Carry It, the mark, and the surrounding materials belong to I Love Yu LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
How to cancel — online, any time. Because you subscribed online, you can cancel online, immediately, without speaking to anyone and without being asked why. Open the customer portal link in any receipt email from Lemon Squeezy and press cancel, or write to hello@lethimcarryit.com and we will cancel it for you the same day. We will never make cancelling harder than subscribing was — the same number of steps, or fewer.
For California residents. This is an automatic renewal offer under California Business and Professions Code § 17600 et seq. The terms above — the recurring charge, the fact that it renews until you cancel, and how to cancel — are disclosed here and again in the acknowledgment email you receive after subscribing. If you subscribed online you may cancel online, at will, without obstruction.
If something went wrong — a double charge, a purchase you did not mean to make, or a genuine change of heart — email us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right: a fix, or a refund of that charge. Outside that window, write to us anyway and tell us what happened; we would still rather put things right than keep money you are unhappy about.
A subscription pays for access during the period, so we do not refund past periods simply because the app went unused — but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Statutory refund rights, including for consumers in the EU and UK, are unaffected by anything on this page.
Please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not use it to harm anyone; do not use automated systems to hammer it; and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
We work hard to keep this running, but we cannot promise it will never be down, never contain an error, or always be available in your country. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may discontinue the service — if we ever do, we will give notice and refund any unused prepaid time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, I Love Yu LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty US dollars. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law forbids that.
If your misuse of the app, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it.
You may stop using the app whenever you like, and clearing your browser's site data removes everything from your device. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken — and if we do, we will refund the unused part of what you paid, unless the breach was wilful. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue after any ending.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before anything formal, please write to us — nearly everything is solved by an email. If it cannot be, the courts of California will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the mandatory protections and the courts of your home country available to you under your local law.
If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, write to hello@lethimcarryit.com with: (i) your name and contact details, (ii) a description of the work claimed to be infringed, (iii) the location of the infringing material, (iv) a statement of good-faith belief, (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act. Our designated DMCA agent is reachable at the same address. We will respond promptly.
